PPG AGM 1st May 2018

As defined in the Constitution, Elected Members are required to stand down at the AGM (Secretary, Chair and Vice-Chair). Anyone wishing to attend the AGM or stand for election should contact the PPG or the Practice as soon as possible.

Flu Jabs – Walk in clinics are being held on Saturday 23rd and Saturday 30th September from 0830 to 1200 with another on Saturday 28th October, 0830-1200, for anyone that can’t make the September dates.

Flu Vaccinations are recommended for all patients over the age of 65, all pregnant women, and for those (over 6 months of age) in a clinical risk group such as COPD, CKD, CHD, liver or neurological disease, diabetes or those with low immunity, and also for those who are carers.

Diabetes Education Event – Tuesday 11th July – South Holland Centre
Tonic Health, South Holland District Council and Diabetes UK are hosting a diabetes educational event with professional healthcare speakers. This is a great opportunity for you to find out about self care, diet, exercise and footcare as well as the support available for people with diabetes in the South Holland area.

This event is FREE to attend, and runs from 1300 to 1600 with a variety of presentations – you can attend all or just some of the presentations and refreshments are available.
