Wellbeing Master Class Series

‘Wellbeing Master Class Series’ is a FREE Online Short Course, which is aimed at patients who need support on their wellbeing.

This short course is online via teams over a 4-week series of 40-minute classes.

The classes will cover the 4 facets of wellbeing;

  1. Movement
  2. Nutrition
  3. Mindset
  4. Rest, Recovery, and Sleep

Each class will cover the foundations of that particular area, as well as the benefits, and strategies on how to improve that area of wellbeing.
